By purchasing items from Red Dog Studio, you agree to the shop policies.
All items come from a smoke free, one dog home. If there is a potential for a serious allergic reaction to dogs, please reconsider purchasing.
I pre-shrink my fabrics and do use a small amount of Country Save laundry detergent in the wash portion of the wash/rinse cycle.
RETURN POLICY
No refunds will be provided. We will gladly accept exchanges for store credit within 7 days from the time it was delivered to you. Item must be unwashed and unused. RDS will not refund original shipping to buyer nor pay for return shipping back to RDS. Return shipping to RDS must include delivery confirmation.
Please inspect your item immediately upon receiving it before washing. We do not allow refunds unless there is an obvious defect or an issue with the quality of workmanship. You have 7 days to contact Red Dog Studio (from time USPS tracking shows “Delivered”) with pictures of the problem and RDS will rectify the situation as we see fit. We will fix the problem if applicable, send out a replacement or issue a refund for the item. In this case, RDS will pay any shipping costs that may be incurred. Note, again this is only applicable within the first 7 days of receiving the item and only on unused and unwashed items.
Any attempts to fix the issue on your own will void any warranty. If there is any issue, please give us the courtesy of trying to resolve it before leaving feedback.
WARRANTY
If within the first 90 days of normal use there are any issues with snaps, elastics or popping of threads, RDS will be happy to fix these problems and RDS will incur any associated shipping costs. We will replace snaps indefinitely free of charge but after the first 90 days buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. RDS does not cover normal wear and tear. We do our best to source quality fabrics but cannot guarantee said fabrics won’t fade or pill over time. We do not cover this normal fading of and change in most fabrics. Washing your product any other way than what is recommended voids this warranty.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Please allow 2-3 weeks for customs to be completed once the product details have been decided. RDS requires payment up front and the 2-3 week turn around time is from when payment has been received. Custom orders are only refundable if your order can be sold within 30 days of cancellation. However, if we have made an item to exact measurements provided by the customer no refunds will be given .
PAYMENT & SHIPPING
In stock items will ship within 2 business days (Saturday and Sunday are not business days) after receiving payment unless otherwise contacted by us. Orders will only ship to Pay Pal Confirmed Addresses. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure Pay Pal has the most current mailing address on file. Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges if packages are returned to RDS.
If sending an item as a gift, you can add this address in your Pay Pal contact information and select that address upon check out. Please message us if you need help with this.
Items are shipped USPS First Class or Priority. Priority packages include up to $50 in insurance. Please message me if you’d like to purchase insurance if the order amount is greater than $50.
INTERNATIONAL
RDS will not be responsible for any potential customs fees. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to know their country’s policies and to pay any custom fees incurred. RDS will not mark the goods as “gifts” or otherwise declare a value less than the true value of the items being shipped.
{effective 27 December 2013} We only ship to the countries that have the USPS Delivery Confirmation International service and they currently are: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain & Northern Ireland, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland.
Shipping overages of $1 or more will be refunded.
SALES TAX:
Colorado residents will be invoiced sales tax separately. If you’re local to Boulder, please message me and we can arrange a pick up to save you on shipping charges.
